Tables from web Matrix project to hosting provider

I've delevoped some tables as part of my web using the Web Matrix (ver 0.6) and SQL Server.
My question is how do I transfer the tables developed in the 'Data' tab to my web host.
There appears no obvious procedure?
Any info appreciated!Hello, what u need to do is use DTS, which comes with the SQL Server client tools. This tool will sort of back up ur data to transfer ur database to the server.
